We received a request from the Fuji Oil Chiba Plant located in Chiba City and carried out the construction of the production area and filling room using the "Eucleet UD200SR method." We removed the old paint film through substrate treatment and carried out painting. This time, we also performed masking before painting, ensuring that the filling room was thoroughly sealed. To the metal processing trading company, Japan Tsukuridas Co., Ltd. located in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, we would like to introduce a case study of our "solvent-free UV coating." The company is engaged in creating an internal environment through their initiative called "Five Star Factory," and as part of this effort, they entrusted us with the project. After confirming the quality of the paint and coating performance through a test application, we carried out the application of our product in March 2020, along with the painting of the factory floor.
